NEW 12 Week Summer Term: Monday 28 April - Thursday 24 July 2025 (no classes week commencing Mon 16 June 2025)

 Join me for the new Summer Term THE ARCHERS BOW and play with back bending shapes like Dhanurasana, Bow Pose. Think core, front body stretching and energising flow. Cultivate strength, courage and determination as we aim the arrow of awareness towards our Inner Self.

Classes run in 10-14 week terms to maximise your potential for learning and progression. All classes are Mixed Level Vinyasa Flow and include breathing, movement & relaxation. We start gently at the beginning of the term, and build progressively, repeating a group of poses so you can explore them in more detail - with lots of options and variations. This approach not only helps you master the poses we are working on but also helps you go deeper into the subtle practices of breathing, relaxation and meditation.
