15 - 17 may 2026

Escape to the countryside with me! This Spring Renewal Weekend Retreat is your perfect Spring getaway. Fair Oak Farm in Sussex, described by The Evening Standard as the Ultimate Country Retreat, is a beautiful 12 acre country estate - with resident peacocks, Alpacas and huggable sheep - in a protected area of outstanding beauty only one hour from London. And we have exclusive use of the estate for the whole weekend. Stay in a spacious Eco Lodge Treehouse and enjoy uninterrupted valley views from your bed or balcony, cosy up in the gorgeous Sheperds Huts in the orchard, or stay in the old farmhouse full of character and charm. Take time out for yourself with a weekend of uplifting yoga, deep relaxation, nourishing food and great company. This weekend is suitable for all levels, including non yogi partners and friends. Everyone welcome!

the yoga sessions

During my Spring Renewal Retreat you will enjoy four thoughtfully designed yoga sessions.

Our Friday and Saturday evening sessions together invite stillness, silence, introspection and reflection through 90 minutes of Somatic Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Guided Relaxation. The Saturday and Sunday morning sessions encourage movement as meditation through 120 minutes of Soulful Vinyasa flow, conscious breathing and sound. All practices are skilfully woven together with poetry, insight and inspiration.

The Yoga Barn is characterful and spacious. If the weather is good we can open the large doors so we have views out to the countryside as we practise.

All levels of student are welcome on this retreat and options are offered for all practices.

To this day the cowl turns with the wind and can be seen from afar across the valley!
