The best place to start yoga! This popular and fun 6 Week Beginners Yoga Course is designed to help build your confidence and de-bunk the myth you need to be flexible to do yoga. Learn poses, movement, breathing and relaxation in a welcoming, no pressure environment. Suitable for complete beginners and those returning to practice after a break. Each course includes:

  • Yoga Poses - a range of accessible, foundational poses to stretch & strengthen the body

  • Simple Sequences - co-ordination of movement and breath to help concentration & focus

  • Conscious Breathing - simple take-home practices to calm the mind

  • Deep Relaxation - nurturing, guided relaxation for deep rest
