Join me for a day of yoga practices designed to help you feel nurtured, restored and connected. The Full Moon is the point of maximum illumination in the lunar cycle - a time of gratitude, completeness and fulfilment. Move mindfully through a gentle lunar flow in the morning and bliss out on the bolster in the afternoon. We gather together for connection and nourishment on the lovely mezzanine to enjoy a delicious four course vegetarian lunch. These unique Full Moon Retreat Days take place in the most stunning, spacious and bright venue in Kensal Rise and are open to all levels, from newbies to more experienced students.
the yoga sessions
During this Full Moon Yoga Retreat Day you will enjoy two thoughtfully designed lunar yoga sessions. The Morning Session (120 mins) starts with reflection, lunar breathing and somatics. We then progress into a mindful movement practice (gentle, slower Vinyasa) and finish with Guided Relaxation. The Afternoon Session (90 mins) invites stillness, silence and introspection through nurturing Restorative Yoga on the bolster and another Guided Relaxation. All practices are woven together with poetry, insight and inspiration.

Enjoy a delicious, vibrant, Vegetarian four course lunch after the morning practice. All 4 courses and afternoon treats are homemade by me - created from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Lunch and afternoon tea is served casually on the lovely bright mezzanine. In response to your many requests, I share all the recipes from each retreat day with you so you can enjoy cooking them at home.

Absolutely stunning spacious light filled venue

Just 20 minutes drive from Ealing. There is free parking on the roads outside and around the venue
what to bring with you
The Dojo has yoga mats, bricks, straps and firm buckwheat bolsters although you may prefer to bring your own props with you. There are also yoga blankets at the venue but if you have a favourite blanket you might like to use that instead. If you enjoy using an eye pillow please bring your own as these are not supplied. During the colder months you may wish to bring extra layers and warm socks for the afternoon practice. You could also bring some slippers with you as The Dojo is a shoe free zone.
