The course has helped me explore yoga and my life choices. I have become more confident within myself and also in developing my own practice. It has made me realise there is so much to learn and I see it as the start of my journey. Victoria is very knowledgeable and approachable at the same time. She is a brilliant tutor, she kept it interesting and relevant to life. The course was beyond what I was expecting and surprisingly good on Zoom.  The content was covered beautifully in Victoria’s handbook, presentations, guided practices and by her long experience of yoga. I really appreciated how the practice sessions had been so carefully put together to match the content of each session and were also rather lovely in their own right.  For me a real strength of Victoria’s approach was to give us the freedom to choose - we could choose to do or not do a pose, we could choose to do it to its full expression, or not; and there was no sense of one being better than the other, rather the opposite. This also got me used to making decisions about what to do in my own practice.
